For Nemo to find itself (IMO), initially it’s vital to get hold of mentors from the same job role for a holistic insight and come to the senses if you really want to pursue it as a long term career. They could be your initial job buddies, next level manager or even a colleague. Suggest making optimal use of induction/ new joiners meet & the so called “honeymoon period”. Finding the right mentor can be a stepping stone in your first job especially if you’re seeking career in IB. Once the foot is set right gradually you should start striking chords with the industry wide names & direct stakeholders. By then you will yourself chart out a plan!! Cheers!!
