You need a find a glove your welders will wear. And wear with limited impact on their dexterity. Of all the safety related hand issues I’ve seen, they were almost exclusively the result of someone not wearing the glove, rather than the glove failing to protect the person. Some are too hot. Or too difficult to take on/off so “real quick” they would do something without putting the gloves on first. Or they just needed to do something they couldn’t do with the gloves on because of the fit.
