Think of the populations you want to work within and the impact level you want to work on (micro, mezzo, macro) and start from there looking at internships. Identify a 1 year and 5 year plan and maybe alternative plans as well - the beauty of social work is it's versatility.

Manter-se informado sobre os detalhes do estágio é realmente importante. Na minha experiência de forma??o, eu tive a oportunidade de fazer dois estágios em áreas de referência para o Servi?o Social. Um no Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social e outro em um Centro Municipal de Saúde do Rio de Janeiro. Este último inclusive foi remunerado, com uma bolsa que era o suficiente para eu aumentar a qualidade dos meus estudos e o meu autocuidado. Trago essa experiência pois afirmo que só foi possível devido ao meu contato próximo de meus supervisores de campo de estágio e também da coordena??o de gradua??o da Universidade. Assim, os horários e a grade curricular se aplicaram aos meus anseios acadêmicos.
