Como o próprio nome já diz, o treinamento funcional é algo que traz facilidades no dia a dia. Movimentos pertinentes aos movimentos que realizamos ao subir escadas, carregar malas, compras... Com o passar do tempo elas se tornam mais fáceis, gra?as aos estímulos do treinamento funcional. Principalmente nas pessoas que passaram dos 50 anos.
