Scale always comes with changes and it's better to acknowledge that sooner rather than later so you can try to preserve the parts of the culture that are most meaningful to everyone. These pains tend to come with team growth (e.g. 50, 100, 500 people). Start by establishing your core 2-4 values and living them daily. People need to see their leaders walking the walk. Make sure these values are also instilled into new hires and even used in the recruitment process. Communicate clearly, transparently and often. Monthly town halls are great, but also create space for people to actively voice concerns. You cannot fix every problem, but you can make sure people are heard.

By leading by example. Be that beacon of light and positive can do, solutions focused leader. In times of challenge people are looking to you and how you are reacting. Reacting negatively and this will have a ripple effect and become embedded in your company culture.

Am Ende des Tages ist es Aufgabe des Managements durch die Vision und die nahe Begleitung die Motivation zu f?rdern. Durch die Vision erhalten die Mitarbeiter die Chance unternehmerisch an den Zielen zu arbeiten. Start-Ups sind von der gemeinsamen Arbeit h?ufig gepr?gt. Das ist auch wichtig und richtig. Allein-G?nge sind nicht zielführend. Mitarbeiter müssen verstehen, warum Entscheidungen getroffen werden. Wir haben dazu einen Steuerungskreis eingeführt, der monatlich die Ziele setzt und diese gegenseitig prüft und ggf. anpasst.
