As a TA we are always in a rush for closure of position. However, while being so a TA should keep below points in check box:- 1. Job Description - Ensure you are thorough with JD and skillsets required for the position. 2. ATS - Effective use of ATS shall be highly helpful. 3. BEI Technique - Prepare in advance for the interview, go through the resume, follow Behaviour Event Interviewing Techniques and ask structured questions. 4. Panel Interview - Try to have a panel interview, maybe with the Business or with another team member. This will give you an alternate perspective and help you build your decision faster.
