Your subconscious behaviours and attitudes are impacting your team. No matter how amazing you are. Learn what they are and what they are doing. 3) Build development plans for both of you. Know the strengths and weaknesses of you and them, and build systems to improve everyone every single day. Its not rocket science. It's simply compassion and a growth mindset.
