I was tasked with revamping our employee onboarding process. Instead of relying on assumptions, I analyzed data from exit interviews, employee surveys, and onboarding feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement. Leverage technology- such as well-trained AI to sort through the thousands of submissions companies get for job openings. Automate (but not too much). Make sure employees understand the technology or it will be useless.
