There are companies who aggregate this second type of data and will allow you to access it for a price (CoStar, Compstak, RSMeans) but it's important to be selective and understand which will have the most significant benefit to the types of projects you're focused on.

I also evaluate market volatility, economic indicators, and historical data to make informed decisions about the feasibility and profitability of a development. I develop accurate financial models using data analysis to project costs, returns, and cash flows.
