I’m currently running a programme with HNG and whoever knows HNG knows it’s fast paced. Imagine having to deliver a CheckIn task within 1 hour or two, it’s a race indeed. Couple of things to keep you in check: - Have a restful mind, only a calm state can produce anything good. - Have a proper understanding of the task, it becomes easy when you do. - Seek for help when you start questioning what you are doing, this saves you time. With this you can ensure your work maintains quality even in the rush.

The key to handling them is a combination of knowledge and experience. 1-Utilize all available resources: Make sure to leverage all the tools and assets 2-Don't hesitate to request additional resources: Be confident in reaching out to upper management when necessary and communicate effectively to ensure you receive the support you need. 3-Anticipate potential challenges: Run through scenarios related to your work to stay proactive. By predicting potential obstacles, you'll be better prepared to address them before they arise. 4-Invest in self-development: Mastering your role naturally follows from dedicating time to learning and growing. The most important is finding your own path, tailored to your knowledge and experience.
