There is only one prioritization scheme, deliver what your customer most benefits from. Rest can be scheduled right after the delivery.

Some steps i'd go through if time is key: - Can you optimize frame rendertime even more? Maybe at the cost of some grain oder little flicker. Denoiser can be a lifesaver here. - Can effects be pushed into post. I.e DOF as a pass for post instead of "in-render" Same goes with Motionblur - Can some sequences be outsourced to a renderfarm? Yeah, i know it's not cheap but sometimes... Hope that helps!

One thing i have found helpful that start creating a task list and identify the deadlines for it, assess the important,efforts ,urgency and resources required for each one. Which work is easy to assess should be done first . Then prioritise your list based on urgent tasks considering dependencies .
