Take an example , the ISO9001:2015 standards keep evolving and a newer revision will come out every few years, throughout my working career, the quality management system standard has changed from version ISO9001:2000 -->ISO9001:2008 ---> ISO9001:2015. Then retraining is required for staffs from all levels in the organization. Stay with the trend, and manage the change.... :-)
