Creativity for me is one of the main things I look for in anyone that I'm hiring. Creativity can be unlocked in people and it is possible to develop creative skills on a technical level, but there's a particular mindset and willingness to take risks and confidence in intellectual and technical ability that is required to be creative consistently. I agree that planning is multilayered and involves awareness of needed technology to execute goals as well as knowledge of use of technology . Backup plans to the selected technology as relevant is also encouraged for example types of alternative methods or software.

Project management is truly a skill needed in educational technology. The diversity in technology will give rise to certain developments at a time, that is, new projects would come or need improvements. The managerial skill would always set the balance, because what good it is if we embrace Educational technology and can't manage it? Management is key!
