I'm reading a lot of ai-driven answers and it's simply not the case that everything can be data-driven. In some cases there may be ways to test a campaign before full release: Liquid Death do this with their digital content - they release a lot of low budget videos and only later boost the ones that have shown traction. However, in some forms of advertising (OOH, experiential) its not possible to take this approach. There are tools for OOH like System 1, which measure an audience's emotional response, so they're good to use but, again, that's not really the same as performance in the big wide world and sometimes things resonate for reasons you can't forecast. Gut feel and intuition still count for something, as does client trust!
