Lastly, ask people who are not in the loop (friends, relatives or a pass-by pedestrian), to test your assumptions about the problem and gather feedback.

By asking "why" multiple times, you can uncover deeper layers of causality behind an issue until you reach the fundamental cause. This approach allows for a thorough understanding of the problem, enabling more targeted and effective solutions to be implemented.

Think outside the box because the most creative and effective solutions often are not found by following what everybody else would do. How I can visualize it is that what everybody would do has already been placed the 'box' and is the norm. What you want is the mind to roam outside of the normal solutions that in some cases do not work. The box include also fear of failure or judgement that most of us have. 'Outside the box' there's the realm of new possibilities that have not been yet categorized. This is how new ideas are created, by not feeling you are in a box but rather by using your neuroplasticity to evolve beyond and to stay in that flow for as long as it take. You can be in a group, think creatively and bring others to your flow.
