Break it down: List tasks by priority, breaking larger tasks into smaller, manageable parts. Tackle them one at a time to maintain clarity and focus. Set mini-deadlines: Assign yourself earlier deadlines for each step to stay ahead and avoid last-minute stress. This also helps create a sense of accomplishment as you meet each mini-goal. Focus on the essentials: Identify what is truly critical and what can be adjusted or postponed. Prioritizing the most impactful tasks ensures your efforts go where they matter most. Take short breaks: Brief pauses between tasks can help refresh your mind, allowing you to return with greater focus and energy.

To prevent burnout, it's important to manage your workload effectively. A useful approach is the Eisenhower principle, which involves categorizing tasks based on their urgency and importance. Start by addressing tasks that are both urgent and important, as these require your immediate attention. Next, if possible, delegate tasks that are urgent but not important, which allows you to concentrate on what genuinely needs your focus. For tasks that are important but can wait, consider rescheduling them for a later time. Finally, avoid engaging in tasks that are neither urgent nor important, as they can waste valuable time. This simple strategy will help you maintain a productive schedule and create a sense of calm.

What I normally do, and it works for me every time is, I break it down. What this does for me is, it puts the task into priority list. The task that needs my urgent attention becomes my first priority list, and just like that

Prioritize. 80% perfection, not 100%. Give self imposed deadlines. Hydrate. Exercise to improve brain efficiency. Sometimes take 5 min breaks to reset the brain. Get good with time management. One day at a time.
