Em experiências em projetos de médio e grande porte, posso afirmar que ter um cronograma muito bem alinhado com todos os departamentos envolvidos podem diminuir bastante o estresse com o acúmulo de tarefas. lembrando que centralizar todas as atividades em um "único colaborador" desequilibra todo o sistema. Reuni?es curtas uma vez por semana para fazer follow-up ajuda bastante e trazem resultados surpreendentes.

When you say NO to something, you are saying YES to another. Prioritize not only work, but also people at work! Too much chatting with peers, coffee times, smoking for sure would compile load of unfinished, maybe not even started tasks at your desk. Many employees confuse Too-Much-Chatting with Networking! There is a fine line. Soon enough backfires and they start complaining and try to justify the unjustified chatter. Most Important, to Important, to Less Important, to Least. De fato (e teoricamente), a prioriza??o de tarefas deveria ser a base para realizarmos as atividades na sequência em que n?o acarretaria atrasos na entrega dos mesmos. Mas na minha experiência de mais de 20 anos trabalhando em engenharia de manufatura, as coisa n?o ocorrem desta forma na prática. Tudo se torna urgente quando n?o temos clareza dos impactos daquela atividade e por press?o daqueles que nos solicitam as tarefas. No meu caso eu sempre defini minhas prioridades consultando meu gestor e entendendo o contexto da atividade, avaliando os impactos que seriam causados pelo atraso na entrega.
