Ante uno o varios proyectos, lo ideal es reservar el espacio de enfoque en nuestra agenda. Sentarnos a desglosar las tareas que conlleva nos ayudara a visualizar lo que requerimos y si tenemos todo lo necesario para iniciar y concluir dicho proyecto. En mi caso particular, me ha ayudado el hecho de ir revisando ese listado y en caso de requerir nuevas tareas, ir agregandolas al final de cada dia. Ser compasiva en esos momentos de mucha carga, juega un rol importante. Así que te lo recomiendo. Igualmente, integra prácticas de respiración consciente, atención plena, caminatas y estiramientos. Serán de gran utilidad para mantenernos centrados y productivos.

Start with the urgent and important tasks, plan time for the non-urgent important tasks. Capture and manage all of your projects and tasks in one tool such as Asana or ToDo. ? ACTIONABLE Determine the next 1 to 3 bite sized activities that will progress each priority. ? Estimate the required duration of the activity. Making the priorities actionable helps you to plan enough deliberate time to work on them.
