To stay focused and energized through a packed day of client sessions and tasks, try these strategies: 1. Chunk Your Schedule: Group similar tasks to minimize mental switching. For example, do client sessions in the morning and admin tasks in the afternoon to stay in a focused flow. 2. Take Strategic Breaks: Every 90 minutes, take 10 minutes to stretch or step outside. Movement and fresh air are quick ways to recharge. 3. Mindful Breaths: Between sessions, take one deep breath to release the past interaction and reset for the next. 4. Fuel Smart: Keep snacks like nuts and water nearby to avoid energy crashes. 5. Reflect & Reset: End the day with a 5-minute gratitude reflection to transition out of work mode.

To maintain focus and energy during a busy day, here’s what has worked for me: Time blocking: I schedule tasks in focused blocks to prevent overwhelm, inspired by "Deep Work" by Cal Newport. It helps me stay productive without burning out. Short breaks: A quick 5-minute stretch or walk refreshes my mind. Healthy snacks: I fuel myself with slow-energy foods like nuts and fruit to keep my energy stable throughout the day. In my experience, this combination has significantly boosted my focus and well-being. Have you tried any of these strategies?

You have to “walk the talk”. Your overwhelm and exhaustion will not create appropriate coaching presence for the session. Some items that help me when I find myself struggling with this: -Pause, reschedule the session if needed. Be honest and authentic. Your client deserves the best version of you. -Audit your schedule - which tasks, meetings are draining you the most? Are you excessively task switching? How many sessions are you conducting per day? Are your breaks appropriate? -Personal health and wellbeing- How is your sleep, nutrition, exercise, stress levels. Have you sought care for your mental wellness?
