It’s okay to respond to the odd request out of hours but don’t make it a habit otherwise it will overrun your life and affect any semblance of work-life balance.

In my early days of advising I offered 'unlimited sessions' as part of my offering. Clients could book as many 15 minute zoom sessions between our regular monthly 90 minute strategy / implementation sessions as they needed. The caveat was that you had to have completed the 2-3 agreed tasks from the last session before booking another one via a special calendar link. it was great perceived value but kept the clients accountable to get things done. P.S. Nobody ever used this facility because we set very achievable and impactful monthly implementation goals. They loved the fact that it was available to them though.

Then, could you review your pricing policy based on the value you bring rather than the time you spend with clients?
