I completely agree that we should have SMART goals and Why we need automation. How is this going to help the team, clients and the organisation? What are the implications do we foresee in terms of implementation and the cost? How are we going to adopt, to build a framework which covers all the existing or uncovered areas or effectively reduces the manual hours? These points need to be outlined first and we need to seek option/suggestions from all respective stake holders. Just for the sake of adopting automation will not serve any purpose.

Automation should not be adopted just for its own sake; it must align with our strategic goals and provide measurable benefits. Engaging stakeholders in the process ensures that all critical areas are covered and the adoption is smooth, maximizing the overall impact of automation on the organization.
