If you are living in a place where the temperature goes below 40° every night, I don’t recommend heat pumps, because they ice up and need to be defrost and auxiliary heats need to be coming on and you lose all efficiency, keeping your place warm. Bigger light bills, l believe up north natural gas for heating and oil heat is still preferred. I’m old-fashioned I do prefer duck work for conducting all airflow. Duct less are not for me yet. You will need too many indoor air handlers installed per room, causing more maintenance.
