When talking about critical, in other words "subject to risks". Problems should only exist for the IT Manager if they are within a predicted, systematized and contingency scenario filter. Demonstrating that the characteristic does not exceed the criteria, and which stage of the filter it does not exceed, makes it easier to understand when everyone wants to take care of an organization's data security.

Standardization is very important to feel part of a context because standards and limits have the reason to protect data, (the main asset for the IT area) and protect ourselves, above all there is a vast knowledge about what has already been done, tested and that works and that just needs to be continued and well applied to happen.
