Par exemple : un enseignant est passionné de maths, le choc peut être important s'il se rend compte que le public qu'il a en face de lui considère les maths comme une corvée. Je conseille donc de ne pas se spécialiser immédiatement car une passion n'est pas nécessairement une vocation.

Existen dos vías para escoger una especialidad: a) escoger el área que más te gusta (trabajarás con una gran motivación intrínseca y te sentirás plenamente desarrollado como persona); b) escoger el área que más conoces, que más dominas (tu experiencia y juicios de expertos te ayudarán a sobresalir en esta área y te sentirás desarrollado como profesional). Lo ideal es que te especialices en un área que cumpla las dos características enumeradas: que te guste y que conozcas.
