To build rapport and trust with your stakeholders, clients, and managers, you need to listen actively, empathize, and show interest in their needs and perspectives. You also need to be reliable, consistent, and transparent in your actions and communications. By building rapport and trust, you can create positive and productive relationships that will benefit your corporate real estate projects and career.
