Create documentation so all basic information about the company is out of your head and into the company. 3. Los horarios de estas plataformas ayudan muchísimo para revisar cómo pueden sincronizar tiempos de reuniones. También, siempre hay que procurar tener a la vista un reloj con tu horario local y un reloj con el horario de la zona horaria del supervisor, para saber cómo está la ventana de horas entre las zonas y así puedas planificar desde las tareas que tengas que entregar hasta las pláticas y rendición de cuentas.
