Think of enterprise architecture like a master chef's kitchen - while recipes (frameworks) provide crucial structure, true innovation comes from knowing when to experiment! I've found success combining TOGAF's documentation rigor with design thinking approaches. Try creating "innovation zones" within your architecture practice where you can safely test new ideas while maintaining governance guardrails. Joining influencer conversations, actively contributing, sharing and learning from each other are important aspects to building a strong network. It helps gather content which can be researched thereafter. Being visible and sharing in the right forums with the right messages is a great way to build credibility and thought leadership

Communication and comfort: While setting challenging goals I always ensure that I communicate the goals to the team with proper justification and create an atmosphere of optimism and also giving the confidence that failure to reach the stretched goals would not result in any negative ramifications thereby giving the confidence to the team that they have the leadership backing them. Being involved: Additionally it is also essential to support the team by coming up with innovative ideas and ways to reach the targets. Reward & recognition As said the journey and efforts are more important than the goal itself. Rewards and recognition also play an important role in the journey.
