So, I found the formula for playing dual (in fact multiple) roles by sharpening skill of working with speed, with attention to detail, while multi-tasking. This allowed to quickly change hats, topics, roll up or drill down as situation demands. Not easy, but doable if one has the passion for what they do.

Es un tema complejo porque la forma de ser de uno y la actividad que desarrolla a veces hace difícil separar los roles, si que es cierto que la única clave es la evolución permanente del cerebro para poder cambiarse el famoso sombrero. La otra opción es saber llevar bien ambos sombreros !

El gestor debe ser muy exigente con el día a día pero sobre todo, ver desde fuera los próximos 3/5 a?os.
