To ensure transparency and accountability with stakeholders, I set clear expectations from the beginning by outlining roles, timelines, and deliverables. Duties should be distributed equally, with everyone's responsibilities clearly defined and balanced. This ensures that no one takes on extra duties, preventing burnout and keeping the project on track. I also use project management tools like Trello or Asana to give stakeholders visibility into the project's progress in real time. Regular check-ins or status meetings help keep everyone aligned and address issues early on. Open channels for feedback ensure stakeholders stay engaged throughout the process.

I believe having more than 2 persons being responsible for an outcome is too much. "Social Loafing" kicks in and the lack of responsibility results in poor outcomes. Hence, work packages should be dedicated to 1-2 persons max.!

Maintaining Transparency and Accountability Clear and consistent communication. Shared project management tools. Defined roles and responsibilities. Regular check-ins and meetings. Performance tracking and reporting. Stakeholder management.

To maintain transparency and accountability with stakeholders during a project, start by setting up regular updates with a clear schedule for progress reports, ensuring they know when and what to expect. Define success using clear, measurable metrics, so stakeholders understand how progress is tracked and outcomes are assessed. Additionally, create open channels for feedback, encouraging stakeholders to voice concerns or provide suggestions. In my experience, fostering consistent communication and involving stakeholders in key milestones keeps the project on track and builds trust throughout the process.
