Uma a??o fundamental e extremamente necessária, é a elabora??o de um documento de entendimento inicial do projeto com o que foi alinhado. Exija que seu cliente valide oficialmente o material, como se fosse um contrato de expectativas do que será entregue. N?o deixe de realizar uma reuni?o de compartilhamento da evolu??o do projeto, números parciais, além de apresentar alguns insumos para ele ter a certeza e seguran?a que n?o haverá ruídos na entrega. Acho imprescindível ter um CRM/ATS com acesso em tempo real pelo seu cliente do status atual de tudo. Lembre-se: é sempre melhor você errar pelo excesso de comunica??o com seu cliente do que pela falta de comunica??o!

Es vital importancia hacer esto. Definir roles y responsabilidades: Asegúrate de que tanto tú como el cliente tengan una comprensión clara de quién hace qué y cuándo. Establecer expectativas claras: Clarifica los objetivos del proyecto, los entregables, los plazos y los indicadores de éxito, no temas al establecer tus puntos y límites. Te aseguro que ganas más siendo claro y firme desde el principio, es mejor llegar a buenos acuerdos a estar después perdiendo tu relación con el cliente. También te recomiendo establecer reuniones periódicas: Programa reuniones regulares para revisar el progreso del proyecto, abordar cualquier inquietud y mantener al cliente informado. apoyate en la empatía, entender la necesidad de tu cliente.
