Sometimes it's just the new and unknown aspect of it. When you realize this, it's easier to open yourself up for it. And I also like to look back at things that I was hesitant to at first because it was new, but when I see what it brought me, I am more open to other new things too.

When I feel overwhelmed by new information, but am feeling somewhat intrigued, I ask myself the question if it is something I would like to know more about and if so, I start by using Google and YouTube to expand my knowledge. Then, when I found experts on the subject, I look at their offers to teach me about it. I also like to read books because of the extensiveness of the information in those.
