A sure way to improve your changes for success in any ERP or other large scale transformation is to ensure everyone is being held accountable for the same outcome. Everyone on (and around) the team will have different things to do, but if everyone is being held accountable to achieve the same result, together, your chances for success improve dramatically. If you only hold people accountable for doing THEIR part, well you'll get a lot of parts that may not fit together!
