When I advise leaders or companies, I stress the need for introspection and feedback to drive intentional change. Seeking feedback is difficult but is the best mindset to have for constant growth and evolution! Wondering “What can I do better”? “What more do I need to learn”? “How did the way I showed up impact others”? The answers can be terrifying or empowering if you are open and willing to seek and incorporate guidance. The best outcome is that you improve and become more impactful, trustworthy and confident. The worst outcome is that you stay the same and continue to cause harm without knowing it. I think seeking feedback is an empowering mindset because it guarantees current and future success.
