In order to keep my work-life balance I schedule, what I call “healthy pauses”: spaces where I take time to decompress; time to disconnect to reconnect. If you are good personally, you are more likely to be more productive. So, as part of demanding transition, I would definitely recommend to schedule time to regroup.
