Es muy importante tomar el tiempo que sea necesario para plantear los objetivos para las partes, las prioridades para cada uno, los conflictos de interés, los riesgos asociados y también pensar en posibles variables de cambio que puedan surgir y evaluar las posibles consecuencias de las mismas para cada una de las partes involucradas.
