Evaluer les sources ! Rédiger un CV est parfois un vrai casse-tête et une fois l'exercice terminé, il arrive très souvent que vous receviez des commentaires contradictoires et là, vous êtes encore plus perdu.e voir découragée. Prenez le temps d'écouter mais surtout faites le tri ! Vous devez vous fier qu'aux conseils provenant de professionnels expérimentés (RH, Coach, Mentor, vos pairs) dans votre domaine/secteur d'activité ou de recruteurs, car ils connaissent bien les attentes des employeurs.
