However, this should have been implemented in the SOP already not as a result of any ambiguity. The impacting regulatory bodies and standards should be well known and a company wife standard should be defined such that a strict workflow is followed. If in case, the regulatory standards or bodies are updating consistently, the company standards should also evolve with justification and rationale.

Part of the objectives that each employee should have to evaluate their performance should be those that are impacted by the QA process such as: rework, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, innovation and others.
