A diferencia de un proyecto más lineal (construir una casa, por ejemplo), los proyectos Agile están para solucionar problemas en un entorno complejo. Por ejemplo, imagínate que estás creando un nuevo producto. Tienes una idea pero no sabes darle forma. Para eso necesitas una buena charla con un equipo multidisciplinar. Seguramente, conjuntamente con estas personas, podrás lograr al menos una primera versión hacia donde puede convertirse tu idea en una realidad. En esto consisten las metodologías ágiles, en pensar en colmena para presentar hipótesis que luego se validarán y que servirán para pivotar o no.
