One time at work, I faced a challenge while presenting proposals due to the lack of clear requirements from our stakeholders. They only had a general idea of the process they wanted. So, to earn their trust and having a perspective of adding value, I researched best practices from other companies and agencies for the process they had in mind. I then presented tailored features that could enhance efficiency and meet their needs. So far, it worked out for me because I built a good relationship with them and earned their trust.
