AI is great to generate ideas. The biggest innovation in AI has been allowing marketers and copywriters not to start from a blank page. The more you are able to start using AI in the ideation process, the easier everything will become. I would ask AI to help me define my customer persona, generate the ideal customer journey map, look at data and stats in the industry. I would then come up with ideas that will help me understanding what we are doing right and what we are not doing right. At this point, I would meet with my team to transform these ideas into concrete presentations and I would come back to AI to feedback it. AI is a perfect co-pilot. That's how we should use it.
