Monday.com Permite ver el estado de las tareas en tiempo real y crear automatizaciones para reducir tareas repetitivas. Funciona bien con Slack, Zoom, y Google Drive

I believe we need at least three formats to communicate project status. One for a daily communication with the team, with the timeline, tables with open points and risks. For current and next steps, you can use Jira cards. To monitor the project progress, I like to use a combination of the Gant chart, Project Dashboard and EV.The second is the documentation for the weekly status report. A power point presentation consolidating all the management information needed (timeline, next steps, risks, open points, constrains, new assumptions, change requests and etc) to discuss with managers and team leaders. The last one should be the One Page, based on the status report, use to inform and provide information to Steering Committee decisions.

It’s important to be on a team that the trust quotient is equal. With this key in place, the process is corroborated. It’s more than just check ins. Everybody has expertise to lend and this dynamic automatically plays into each players strengths. This takes time and continued patience that needs to be renewed by keeping the process fresh.
