It bridges our culture together and helps us take a vested interest in all our hard-work. It is the hope that everyone feels appreciate and that we understand the roles/responsibilities others have on their plate. If by chance something falls away from our priority list, we’re able to address it and give grace.

I am currently involved with such a team, and as a team we started of with email communication, then we have recently switched to using an app where the tasks are mentioned and as they are completed each team member signs it off accordingly. Online tools are best for remote teams especially time differences are also the additional factor.
