Maior impacto foi a lentid?o dos órg?os sanitários na libera??o de documenta??o, que permitia a execu??o do projeto (foi um risco n?o previsto). A partir desta variável, o projeto passou por diversas revis?es, o custo aumentou em média 20%. A li??o que aprendi, é que projeto precisa de muita dedica??o e que precisa de uma lupa em todas as etapas, para que saia conforme o planejamento inicial.
