Risco é qualquer coisa que pode afetar um projeto. Ent?o a maneira mais geral é listar todos os possíveis riscos no andamento do projeto. Para identificar os riscos, o histórico de projetos similares s?o excelentes pois já mostram percal?os que aconteceram e pode n?o ser observado no planejamento. Conversar com especialistas das áreas envolvidas e dividir o planejamento com a equipe e com pessoas que possam contribuir já reduz também muito os riscos e os identifica com antecedência.
