In my opinion, you don't need another digital ideation tool since there are a myriad of options available and some can be daunting to understand including a learning curve for appropriate use. Here is a quick exercise you can do by yourself in matter of minutes to ideate rapidly. Find, download and print Lean Canvas from Google search, i.e. images. Then find a quiet place with no distractions and fill it out - as much as you can! Next, rip it to shreds! Yup, you read that correctly. The following day (or later in the day), go to a place that expands your mind (and soul). For example, go to the park, beach, top of the mountain, whatever makes you feel safe and relaxed. Then repeat the ideation and fill out the Lean Canvas again! :)

Combine ideation tools with real-time feedback from potential users. Use surveys or quick polls to gather input on your ideas and refine them based on actual user preferences. Instead of going all in on a prototype in Figma, try building the actual thing in a No Code tools such as WeWeb.io or Bubble. With a marginal increase in time spent you will end up with a marketable product which you can always iterate.

When innovating with a limited budget you have to put on your "bootstrapper" mentality on. Build a minimal product using No Code / Low Code tool, launch in days/week and iterate based on that feedback. With limited budget you have limited amount of tries, meaning you have to increase your surface area for "tries" by minimising iteration cost and giving customer to pay for a product if you strike their "need/pain".
