Interacting and converging with the OT-IT (Industry 5.0)+ ERP world will lead us to increase the predictive control of machinery and equipment, understanding the use, efficiency and cost, and reflect true value. It's NOT connecting the ERP with Excel, it's like having a Ferrari with bicycle tires. My 2 cents.

No matter how good software is, the human element is still the most important. Choose an ERP company that you feel you can trust and has excellent after-sales support. No one wants to feel "sold" on something and then feel cheated afterwards. ERP investment is not small and ensuring that you can work with the team on the vendor side is something that should be a top priority.
