Not sure online learning is the way to go with public speaking skills honestly. I found Toastmasters International ran a fantastic 6 week course which was excellent all round. They broke down the structure, insightful coaching and peer review. If you want to improve your public speaking reach out to a guy called Terry Likidis ( sorry cannot link him on this) I cannot recommend him highly enough
