In my opinion the article only emphasises tools that can help improve a QMS efficiency. Each of the tools mentioned here are good & effective in their own way but real improvement will only happen when - When everyone is clear about business processes - Company's goals & objectives are aligned to business as well as quality - Employees are engaged & empowered through relevant training - Senior leadership demonstrates through actions, their commitment to quality

Create a bi-directional (digital) audit trail from regulation to process to quality artefact, increasing transparency and increasing the ability to apply quality and regulatory changes, faster.

Algo en lo que se falla mucho dentro de los sistemas de gestión es en aprender a utilizar la información, incluyendo todo tipo de datos como una herramienta. Ya no solo hablamos de ciclos de mejora continua, que obviamente son parte integral de un sistema, también podemos actuar de forma preventiva con ayuda de esos datos. Das ist spannend. Mein Verst?ndnis von Social QM (den Begriff habe ich etwa 2013 gepr?gt) die Anwendung von Social Media Prinzipien und Technologien auf die Herausforderungen von Managementsystemen. Zentraler Punkt ist dabei der User-Generated-Content und eine starke Humanzentrierung des Managementsystems. Letztenendes setzen wir im Kern auf die Wiki-Technologie, die wir seitdem deutlich weiterentwickelt haben. Aber bis heute messen wir den Erfolg von Managementsystemen neben der unternehmerischen Zielerreichung an Messgr??en, die wir vor allem aus dem Social Media Umfeld kennen wie "monatlich aktive User lesend/schreibend", monatlicher Verbreitungsgrad in der Organisation uvm.

Es bedeutet die Anwendung von Social Media Prinzipien auf die Gestaltung von Managementsystemen, welche in der Cloud gehostet werden. Zentral ist hierbei die Messgr??e des Erfolgs eines Social QMS: Social Media Plattformen werden an der Interaktivit?t gemessen. D.h. die Anzahl der lesenden und schreibenden Zugriffe ist neben der unternehmerischen Zielerreichung der Gradmesser des Erfolgs des Managementsystems (bzw. dessen Dokumentation), welches Social Media Prinzipien folgt. Damit sind Social QMS eine stark kommunikations- und humanzentrierte Managementsystemauspr?gung.

People-focused QMS. Start with employees. In most businesses they have the most leverage on product/service quality, growth and profitability. Then focus on customers and suppliers. What do these groups need? How are their needs aligned and how are they NOT aligned. That is the gold in the mine and the place to start. Misalignment of needs causes friction and waste which costs the company money and opportunities. Perfect Quality can be measured and used to course correct just like a way-point on a map.

Identifying digital platform which would enable easy QMS setup, maintenance and ongoing implementation ensuring the following - Project specific process configuration aligned to customer - Project performance measurement and insightful analytics flagging timely anomalies and risks - Near live Dashboards for various leadership - Enable Org performance benchmarks

Mindset of the service provider is an important element in achieving excellence. They should be : 1. Convinced that commitment to customer internal or external cannot be compromised. 2. having a great desire to learn how to meet customer expectation. 3. enjoying what they do and this will lead them to constantly strive to improvise. 4. Confident that achievement of the team leads to the acceptance of the contribution of the individual team member.
