SQL Developer, OEM, MySQL Workbench, SSMS: - Prós: Interface gráfica amigável, suporte linguagem procedural de cada banco, modelagem de dados. - Contras: Podem ser pesados, complexos para iniciantes. SQLPLUS, MySQL Shell, sqlcmd: - Prós: Leve, fácil de automatizar. - Contras: Menos amigável, sem recursos gráficos.

Most of the DBs have tools for easy administrations. Oracle has SQL Developer, Oracle Enterprise Manager. Oracle also provides SQL* Plus and RMAN, expdp and impdp ( CLIs). My suggestion would be to use GUI tools. There are tools that have capabilities to manage all DBs also. GUI makes our (DBAs) easier.

J'ai notamment constaté avec Windev que le code doit quelques fois changer selon la base de données utilisée. Windev est souvent livré avec Hyper File SQL. Mais quand tu décides d'utiliser une autre base de données, il y a des exigences de code à respecter.
