Being a creator, I have a team and working with tools is a game changer At the beginning, I didn’t knew and I was unplanned, messy and unorganised. But with time, I have been using tools like Excel Sheets, Notion, Zoom, Canva, Premiere Pro, etc to manage the whole content game and to have a better coordination and to make an organised workplace :)

Don't just say please do x task and that it is very urgent. When you explain the "why", it provides clarity and it allows your team to feel included. Next, use a task management tool, especially when it comes to processes that have a high volume of tasks.

I think the best tools are interpersonal. As a team leader, I’ve found that taking the time to understand each team member individually and finding meaningful ways to showcase their unique talents within the organization is the best way to help others visualize and develop self-confidence at work and celebrate individual and team accomplishments.

Hopefully the hard work has been done when choosing your teammates and you’re able to work cohesively (or as best possible!) from the outset. Tools are great, but understanding HOW and WHY the team is motivated and how they prefer to communicate is perhaps the most critical element for any leader. Investing in myself and my team to create this awareness was critical to our success--particularly as we grew, underwent reorgs and also shifted strategies.
